EZ Accounting

Easy accounting is a website development project that we have undertaken with our US based graphic design partners cDesigns. This website was a complete redesign of a Yodel based website. The goals of the redevelopment to create a great looking size that was easy for users to navigate and find useful content.

Another important goal is for the site to rank well on search engines four key words specific to the industry and location of easy accounting. Recreated the size, like all other websites we implemented and easy-to-use content management system giving full control over updating and adding new content to the client. In addition to this week created a responsive website design. Responsive designs is the implementation of designs that adapt to the user’s device. For example, when the user is viewing the device under mobile phone to text and images are of the right size the content on the phone fit nicely into the screen and there is no pinching assuming to be done on the user’s behalf. This means that no matter what device the user is using where it be mobile phone tablet laptop or computer the website will appear to be perfectly formatted and easy to navigate.

We are delighted to forge cross-Atlantic links with our US partners cDesigns. cDesigns are experts in marketing, graphic design, and print design. Another important aspect of the project was our assistance offered to EZ Accounting to implement and set up the website hosting on a new, more secure and more robust platform. We also helped them set up their email addresses and configure the email on their PCs.  With security being a huge concern we implemented a number of installations that caters for ongoing security, website security scanning, site content backup and spam and virus protection.
